Kissimmee Boxing Gym is a company that is committed to work for our community’s youth. Head Coach Roberto Suarez opened the gym November 1, 2010 with his 2 boys and has grown too many youths. His son Roberto Suarez was his inspiration; he saw how passionate his son was with the boxing sport that it motivated him to open a boxing gym. Coach Roberto and his wife believed that they can be the first to go out there and make the difference and saw that they can be more than a boxing gym, but a project to make our community a better place for the youth.
They saw the opportunity that while teaching them how to box, we can also teach them how to be disciplined, build their self-esteem, build character, show them how to be respectful, give to others, appreciate life, develop skills, socialize, and exercise.
Kissimmee Boxing Gym offers boxing lessons for Amateur & Professional, Boxing Fitness & One- on One Private training. The essentials to being successful in our program include concentration, conditioning and coach ability.
Kissimmee Boxing Gym is a certified member by the USA Boxing, Inc. USA Boxing is the National Governing Body for Olympic-style boxing. They are responsible for the administration, development and promotion of Olympic-Style boxing in the United States. Coach Roberto is a certified coach, judge and referee with USA Boxing and a licensed trainer with the State of Florida. When you train with us, you can be assured you will be given the fundamentals and tools necessary to put you on track to compete for an Olympic title. It will be up to you to give 100% to achieve your goals.
Kissimmee Boxing Gym Vision is to reach out to the youth and get them off the streets, gangs, drugs, and other crimes. Maybe not all of them are going to be boxers but if they become productive to our community then … they are Champions. This is why our slogan is “Fighting for Your Dreams”, that means whatever situations life brings, you should never give up no matter how hard it gets. Just like when you are in the ring you continue to box/fight all rounds without giving up. The opponent represents the situation in life; you continue to fight even if it gets hard or if you lose. You get up and train harder to be able to fight your opponent again. This is what Kissimmee Boxing Gym teaches to our youth and this is what “Fighting for Your Dreams” means.
